    Purchased 3 cards to connect our Database servers to a new DELL MD3200 DAS we purchased, installation was plug & play on windows 2008 server and on windows 2003 had to install the supplied driver. All in all the MD3200 recognized the card with no issues.
    We are happy campers, speed is amazing.
